Android and iOS apps that you need for better productivity 
Every minute counts when you're on a tight schedule, trying to complete professional and personal errands.
Running around town, and relying solely on your memory can be exhausting. But it don't have to always be that way. Luckily, the app stores, both, Android, and iOS, have tons of apps you can install on your smartphones and use to improve your daily productivity, time management, budgeting etc.

1. Evernote

Evernote is a complex app that stores everything you want to keep and remember. It that lets you store photos, web pages, PDF files, take notes, write to-do lists and task, set reminders, take photos and record sounds. Another great feature is the ability ti share all these with friends. Also you can have all your ideas and tasks, in one place, synced between devices - mobile and desktop, and work in real time with others.

2. Mailbox (Android, iOS)

Mailbox is the email app everyone needs. It uses gestures to help you get your inbox to zero. It learns you email reading behavor. You can archive emails with just one swipe, or snooze them and return them to inbox at a designated time like "Later today," "This evening," and "Next week." Currently available for Gmail and iCloud accounts.

3.MarkO

MarkO is your smart tasks buddy that helps you complete your tasks easy and efficiently on the go. Once you enter a tasks and the desired location for completion, MarkO takes over and sends you a reminder whenever you are close to that place. Also, it let's you share tasks with friends, sync tasks across devices and mark  shared tasks reserved or complete in real time. And is also available for AndroidWear.

It works in the background and follows you activities, so you can check how much time you spend online and on which websites, different app, calls. You can track your daily progress and receive weekly reports broken down in data charts.

Expensify kis an app that help you keep track of your expenses and create reports to see what you spend on. You can easily track, and add expenses to certain report by simply taking a photo of your receipt. With Expensify you can capture receipts, track time or mileage, and business travel expenses.

8. Google Drive (Android, iOS)

Google Drive is the app that lets you store documents, PDFs, photos, and videos easily, and group them in folders. You can share saved files with other, invite them to view, edit, add notes and comments to those same documents. View them online and offline and access that from all your devices. 

9.IFTTT (Android, iOS)

IFTTT is an app helps you create connections with one simple statement — if this then that. Activate your channels, and create recipes which allow certain programs to interact with each other. You can schedule daily alerts,  reminders on specific days each month. You can use it to complete tasks you don't have time for, and not let anything fall through the cracks.
