While we impatiently wait for HTC to take the wraps off the rumored Hima device, we’re still seeing plenty of rumors about how the device will be equipped. The latest leak suggests that HTC will be using a 20 megapixel Toshiba camera module for the device, which is a major step up from the 4 megapixel module found on the last two iterations of the HTC One.
Toshiba’s T4KA7 CMOS sensor is pretty advanced and features 20 megapixel support, a small profile of just 6mm, and 22 fps full resolution image capturing. It’s definitely no slouch, and it seems like a perfect fit for the camera-focused HTC One devices.
